At Peacock Bazaar, the complete satisfaction of our customers, is our top priority.  Here are some frequently asked questions:

1.  What is your returns policy?

Items can be returned within their original packaging, unopened and undamaged within 14 working days of receiving them.  We do not accept returns of opened products.  Please see our returns & refunds policy Here

 

2.  What are your shopping costs and where do you deliver?

We offer FREE delivery, regardless of the order value. It takes 7 working days for orders to be fulfilled and orders can be tracked within 48 hours of dispatch. For orders placed on a weekend, your first working day will be Monday.

 

3.  Are your products genuine?

We source all our products directly from the brands and from verified suppliers.  Using any unverified suppliers or distributers go against our business codes of conduct.  

 

4.  If your products are genuine, why are your prices so good?

Agreements that we have with brands and suppliers mean that we are able to negotiate preferential discounts and pricing, which ultimately means that we are able pass on those savings to our customers.  

 

5.  Am I able to get wholesale pricing, if I am buying in bulk?

We are able to supply certain products at wholesale pricing.  Please contact us with your requirements with clear details of exactly what product you require and what quantities of products that you require.  Stock is subject to availability.

 

6.  I am looking for a particular product, are you able to help me source it?

We have helped many people find hard to get fragrances, sourced from all over the world.  Although we are unable to guarantee that we can source a particular product, please contact us with as much detail of the product as possible, to confirm if we are able to source it or not.  Costs of this service will be provided at the time of the enquiry and will only be charged if we are able to source the product.  Please note that if we have sourced the product, but you then decide not to purchase the product, a sourcing fee will still be charged. 

 

7.  The product listing says that the size of the product is 50ml, but the image shows a 30ml size of the product.  What size will I get?

Please note that images on product listings are for illustration and information purposes only.  If you select a specific size and pay for a specific size, then this is the product size that you will receive, regardless of what size is shown in the image. 

 

8.  Why do you take 7 days to fulfil my order?

This is because we have to manually check each and every single order, to ensure no fraudulent activity.  We have had some fraudulent activity on our website in the past, which means that we have to ensure that payments for orders are cleared by banks, prior to dispatch.  We also offer the opportunity for customers to pay for their order using Klarna and PayPal, which means that it takes longer for them to clear payments to our bank account, after which we will then dispatch orders.  This time will also allow time for customers to contact us, with any address issues or updates, prior to us dispatching orders because many of our customers use devices to place orders, where incorrect address details are saved and automatically populated into the order at checkout.  Our 7 days policy means that this gives customers time to contact us with updated address details, saving issues in customers receiving their orders to the wrong delivery address.
